Sign up today for Family Yoga. This class is designed to provide an environment for parent/child to express themselves through movement, breath and self-expression. This will provide parents and children with techniques to self-regulate and relax while having fun in a safe enclosed environment.

*Registration allows for one parent/adult per registered child.
