REGISTRATION OPENS Jan 27, 2026The Firehouse Arts Center in Pleasanton brings historical characters to life during an afternoon matinee, complete with audience interactive Q & A session.Attendees will spend an afternoon with Chautauqua actor, ?James Armistead as he brings to life the story of his ancestor who, with the permission of his enslaver, volunteered to serve under the Marquis de Lafayette in 1781. Posing as a runaway, James successfully infiltrated British camps, gaining the trust of top commanders Lord Cornwallis and the notorious traitor Benedict Arnold. ?Doors open at 1:30.Show begins at 2:00.Check in with LARPD staff upon arrival at the Firehouse to receive your ticket.
