Come join the Kiwanis Club of Douglas County for the 29th Annual Sweetwater Creek Triathlon-Duathlon and 5K
KIWANIS is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to changing the world, one child and one community at at time.
Triathlon distance: 200 yard swim, followed by a 10 miles bike and finishing with a 5K run.
Duathlon distance: 5K run, followed by the 10 miles bike ride and finishing with a 5K run
5K will run on the road and trail.
Can not make it to the race, no problem, be a PHANTOM RUNNER and still receive the cool T-shirt and know that you are supporting a great cause.
Event details and schedule
Age Groups: 15 & under, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55- 59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+.
Awards: Three deep: male and female in all categories, with overall male and female winners.
T-Shirts: Will be mailed to all participants.
