The YMCA of Lincoln is collaborating with Easterday Recreation Center to provide healthy living programs. Fit for Life Strength and Stretch is a land and chair based format welcome to all ages and abilities. With low to no impact, the focus is on improving balance, range of motion, strength, and activity for daily living skills.
