Come stimulate your art-making habits! Studies tell us that setting aside time to engage in the process of art-making contributes to a sense of calm and well-being. Participants in Mixed Media Studio can experiment with their sketching, painting, mark-making and collage materials in an energizing, supportive community of fellow creators. Participants are encouraged to exchange ideas and foster connections. The studio group is formatted for self directed project work (please bring art materials). All are welcome!​​​
