Instructor: Judith Cooper. This class analyzes the ways one can use, alter and combine handbuilding techniques to push creative possibilities, use one’s imagination and life, and be inspired by ceramics of different artists and cultures. The class covers pinch, slab and coil techniques, as well as surface techniques. Demonstrations, one-on-one assistance, group conversations, and examples of ceramics support the process. Adults with all life and clay experience levels are welcome.
