UKDT Prospect Clinic $150 October 18, 2026 9:00AM-3:00PM 6th grade and up Join the University of Kentucky Dance Team for the UKDT Prospect Clinic on October 18, 2026, for an advanced training experience designed for dancers who are ready to refine their skills and challenge themselves. This clinic will focus on proper technical execution, strength, control, flexibility, precision and performance quality across a variety of dance skills. Dancers will have the opportunity to train alongside UKDT members and coaches in an exclusive, hands-on class setting while receiving individual instruction and feedback while participating in a master class. Whether you are looking to strengthen your current skills, clean up your technique or prepare for future auditions, this clinic is designed to help you become a stronger and more well-rounded dancer. WHO CAN ATTEND? The UKDT Prospect Clinic is open to dancers who will be in 5th grade and above during the 2026–2027 academic year. 📍 NEW LOCATION – OFF CAMPUS Our usual facility is currently under construction, so this year's clinic will be held at: Tates Creek High School 1111 Centre Parkway Lexington, KY 40517 Parents are welcome to stay and watch. Bleacher seating will be available, but you are welcome to bring your own chair. Concession items will be available for purchase throughout the clinic, provided by the Tates Creek High School Dance Team! 👟 WHAT TO WEAR Participants should wear comfortable, form-fitting dancewear that allows for movement. Recommended attire includes: • Sports bras • Fitted T-shirts or tanks • Shorts • Leggings • Dance pants Shoes: • Sneakers/athletic shoes are required. • Jazz shoes and/or pirouettes should be brought. For Hip Hop Technique, dancers may choose to wear looser clothing.
