We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Saturday, February 25, 2023.
In this hands-on 2-day advanced workshop, participants will have the opportunity to learn under a professional Seagrove Potter. Day 1 will focus on creating large clay vessels using throwing and coiling techniques; while Day 2 will place special emphasis on finishing the pots by adding slip, handles, and lids.
Firings maybe be delayed.
Glaze Firing Fee: $20
Participants should bring preferred throwing, sgraffito, or carving tools.
Clay must be purchased at the LCAC and is $20 + tax per 25-pund bag. A variety of clays are available.
