To develop conversation skills to effectively communicate with and educate a property owner or Buyer client
To learn how to find the Win-Win in a real estate transaction
To educate licensees on Business Planning ? Finding their ?WHY?
Overview of the 4-step business plan
ON-SITE CLASSROOM ONLY
Course handout provided in class. Sign in and out required to for CE credit and to receive a certificate. Certificates will be issued at the end of the class.
This class will provide 3 hours of General Credit.
