To educate licensees in the fundamentals of target marketing/farming
To develop conversation skills to effectively communicate with a property owner
To develop a plan of action for holding effective open houses
Review of a Licensees Agency duties as it pertains to real estate conversations

Course handout provided in class. Sign in and out required to for CE credit and to receive a certificate. Certificates will be issued at the end of the class.
