60 minutesLow IntensityLow ImpactThis quieter yoga practice uses predominately floor-based postures held for longer periods of time. Focus is on stretching and rehabilitating the connective tissues in your body that tend to shorten and contract as we age. Using deep stretches to increase flexibility and open your body, you will leave this class feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Suitable for all levels of fitness and experience as supportive props and modifications will be used allowing you to work within your comfort zone.
- Pre-registration required.
- Registration open 1 week prior to each class.
- Registration closes 15 minutes prior to class start.
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class start.
- 2 days notice is required for a refund/credit.
