Fusion incorporates elements of Pilates, yoga, strength training and barre to tone, stretch and elongate your muscles. This moderate-intensity class focuses on improving muscle strength, flexibility and balance while being mindful of your breathing as you go through all your movements. Great for beginners and all fitness levels, this program will include standing and mat work, participants must be comfortable getting to and from the floor.
