Level up your Spring Break at the Spartan Skills Camp
Spend the week sharpening your game, building confidence, and having a blast alongside Spartans Rugby. Our Spring Break Skills Camp is designed for players who want to grow their skillset, step into leadership, and excel in their positions--while enjoying a positive, challenging, and supportive environment. Each session will focus on a specific skill or component of the game, and will be led by our Spartans Rugby coaches, alongside dedicated Varsity athletes who are passionate about helping players grow into Complete Champions.
Overview of the week:

• Monday -- Kicking: Master the fundamentals of kicking--out of hand, restarts, and in-game execution
• Tuesday -- Catch & Pass / Decision Making: Improve your hands, vision, and ability to make smart decisions under pressure
• Wednesday -- Ball Carry & Contact: Develop confident ball carrying, defensive tracking, and tackle technique
• Thursday -- Scrum Club & Line Outs: Turn your set piece into a strength, refining your scrum and LO technique
• Friday -- Spartan Touch Tournament: Finish the week with fast-paced, small-sided games alongside our Men's and Women's Spartans
