Looking for a high-energy total-body workout that will make you sweat, feel the burn and enjoy an endorphin rush? Warrior strength is for you! 30 minutes of cardio conditioning followed by 30 minutes of mobility and strength training will burn calories, tighten, tone and sculpt your muscles. Fun drills accompanied with an energizing playlist makes for a dynamic class that you will keep coming back to!
  • Sessions may be booked 3 days in advance and up to 15 minutes prior to class start. No drop-ins permitted.
  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class start.
  • Proceed directly to the Fitness Room for check-in.
  • 2 days cancellation notice is required for a refund/credit.
