SPARTAN POLE VAULT ACADEMY
DATES: January 13 to February 24, 2026 (TUESDAYS)TIME: 4:00pm to 6:10pmCOST: $175 (7 sessions x $25)LOCATION: Trinity Western University - David E. Enarson Gym (22500 University Dr, Langley, BC V2Y 1Y1)
Hosted by TWU Spartan Track and Field, this academy will focus on improving your knowledge of the event as well as providing detailed feedback for technical improvement. We will also spend some time looking at some vault specific gymnastics drills and movements.
Meeting Dates:- Jan 13, 20, 27- Feb 3, 10, 17, 24
Schedule:- 4:00pm: arrival/warm-up- 4:30pm to 5:45pm: vaulting session- 5:45pm to 6:10pm: equipment clean-up
Note:- please do not wear/bring spikes
