Minds in Motion* is a fitness and social/activity program for people living with any form of early stage dementia along with a family member, friend or other care partner. This program is offered in partnership with the Alzheimer Society of BC. 45 minutes of gentle exercises are followed by 45 minutes of social activities designed to be enjoyed in pairs. Care partners must attend.
Registration fees include the cost of the person living with dementia and one care partner.
This program is intended to be enjoyed with a friend, family member or care partner.
Oct.17 session - Fitness only 10am - 11am * no social
- Full refund/credit will be granted if notice of withdraw is received prior to the program start date
- Pro-rated refund/withdraw will be granted if notice of withdraw is received prior to the start of the 3rd class.
- No refund/credit will be granted after the start of the 3rd class.
