Are you an older adult? Wanting to get more active? Activage may be for you! This free 3 month physical activity program for inactive older adults introduces participants to physical activity through progressive planned activities in a fun and social setting with likeminded people. Functional training focuses on improving activities associated with daily living and strengthening muscles used day-to-day (bending, lifting, stretching.) Each class incorporates physical activities that engage participants, and features in-class discussions and resources to improve overall health and physical well-being.
