AQUA AEROBICS
This is a great, fun class and form of exercise which provides cardiovascular conditioning, muscle toning, increasing flexibility and endurance. It is low impact, easy and gentle for the joints. Full body workout using the water for resistance. Recommended for older active adults. William Street SchoolDue to ongoing construction at William Street School, programming needs to be held at Lancaster High School for the weeks of 9/15-9/19, 9/22-9/26, and 9/29-10/3. Starting 10/6 classes will resume at William Street School.
