WILLIAM STREET SCHOOL POOLAQUA AEROBICSThis is a great, fun class and form of exercise which provides cardiovascular conditioning, muscle toning, increasing flexibility and endurance. It is low impact, easy and gentle for the joints. Full body workout using the water for resistance. Recommended for older, active adults.
***The first (3) sessions will be held at Lancaster HS Pool on dates Dec 1 Dec 8 and Dec 15***
