Sixty minutes of sound bathing will allow your nervous system to reset, aid in better sleep, and reduce stress through sound frequencies that soften areas of the mind, body and spirit that need healing. Props are provided, but you may bring your favorite blanket and/or pillow if you prefer. The cost is $40.
