Description

Dance warm up and across the floor combinations along with stretch and tone exercises all to fun, upbeat music! A second class is offered on Wednesdays at 12:15.

*Note: Because of Friday holidays, this class will meet for 6 sessions.

Wear leotard and tights or non-restrictive clothing and bare feet or ballet slippers.
