In this two-day class, you'll create a stylish and practical crossbody bag perfect for your gate pass, cell phone and a few dollars for ice cream or other treats. Using the wet-felting technique, students will apply wool fiber and art yarn embellishments over a thick "resist." A handle will be sewn or felted to the bag. Finished size is approximately 5.5" x 8". Note: Basic hand-sewing skills are required. Also, if you have a special bead or button you'd like to use on this project, please bring it with you. (But they will be provided if you don't have one.)
