Come Zumba with Emily!!! What better way to get in shape than to dance it off!! Whether taking Zumba for the first time or the twenty-first, we are here to move your body and have a great time! Items recommended to bring: Water, light hand-held weights (2-5 lbs) and a smile. Zumba exercise classes are fitness-parties that blend upbeat world rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography, for a total-body workout that feels like a celebration.
Please bring a water bottle and a towel to class.
