Get ready to move with Shannell!
Join us every Monday and Wednesday from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM for a fun and energizing full-body workout. Through a variety of exercises, you'll improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall fitness while keeping your workouts engaging and enjoyable.
Participants should bring a pair of 5-pound weights and a floor mat. Classes will be held on the football field.

Total Body Workout
Join us every Monday and Wednesday for an 8-week Total Body Workout program designed to improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall fitness. This energizing class incorporates a variety of exercises that engage multiple muscle groups for a complete workout experience.
Participants should bring a pair of 5-pound weights and their own exercise mat.
Classes will be held outdoors on the football field. In the event of rain or inclement weather, class will be moved indoors to the gym.
Come ready to move, challenge yourself, and have fun while getting fit!
