Our women’s only retreat is meticulously crafted to offer a restorative journey that nurtures the mind, body and spirit. Participants have the opportunity to forge meaningful connections, immerse themselves in nature, and enhance their physical and mental well-being. We encourage you to disconnect from the daily grind, heighten your senses, and engage in reflective and nourishing activities. Our hope is that you leave with a revitalized sense of self and a deeper understanding of holistic wellness. The ultimate aim is for you to integrate the healing and transformative benefits of this experience into your everyday life.*What’s Included:-3 days, 2 nights at Overleaf Lodge in Yachats, OR-Transportation during The Retreat-Daily yoga classes and holistic programming including exploring Hobbit Beach-Sauna, Steam Room and Soaking Tubs-All meals and snacks. Retreat Refund Policy There are no refunds for Retreats that include expenses prepaid by Parks & Rec unless a replacement participant can be found. All other Retreats may be canceled with a refund per the L.O. Park & Recreation refund policy.
