We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Thursday, April 27, 2023.
Based on the Yang family 24-movement Short Form, this class progresses from Tai Chi - Very Beginning (offered first session), continues practice of forms 1-12 and introduces forms 13-24. All are welcome, but previous Tai Chi experience or mindful movement practice is highly recommended.
