Calling all DASHERS ages 8-13!
Update: The maximum age for this activity has increased.
Get ready to run and RACE on trails and paved pathways with our youth running class!
Participants will discover the benefits of running while learning essential running techniques, breathing and pacing strategies, and improving agility. Through fun, skill-building activities, games, and challenges, kids of all experience levels will stay engaged and motivated.
Guided warm-ups and endurance training help young athletes build speed, stamina, and confidence, fostering a lifelong love for running and fitness.
Join us and watch your child's passion for running take off!
This class is led by champion runner and multi-athlete Liz McCullough.
