A non-impact class designed to create healthy movement patterns to protect vulnerable joints by focusing on improving core strength, fluidity and overall balance. Alleviate low back, knee and hip pain. Improve mobility and stability through functional movement. Dumbbells are available for more advanced students. All you need is a mat!
