Description
Let go of your busy day and prepare to relax into a restorative evening.
We open with a gentle vinyasa flow to drop you into your body as we explore poses accessible to all levels of experience, with the second half of the class easing into longer, deeper stretches. Leave feeling calm and grounded, with a strong connection to self.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
