An introductory class exploring the Wim Hof breathing method, what to expect from breathwork, and how the instructor came to practice it. Participants will be guided through a breathing experience designed to boost energy, manage stress, and build min-body connection. No experience necessary. Bring a water bottle, yoga mat, pillow, and a light blanket for comfort.
