In this workshop, you will be guided through several styles of dance and focusing on different parts of your body. It is therapeutic based, meaning we will move through physical limitations as well as energetic and mental blockages. Freestyle flow will be encouraged and celebrated. No dance background required, nor fancy shoes. We will be barefoot/socks, or bring your favourite dancing slippers. Come prepared to bounce and sway, twist, and play.
