Description

This is a tentative activity. Registrations will be accepted if it becomes official.

Using classic yoga poses in a deeply Restorative manner, with the blankets, bolsters, yoga blocks, straps, chairs and the wall. We stay in these poses for up to 10 minutes whilst taking advantage of deep yoga breaths to allow release and relaxation of body and mind. Arrive early to collect materials.
