Intermediate Ukulele is designed as a “club” atmosphere; we hold weekly meetings and sightread music of all genres/difficulties. It is an open mic-style class in which individuals bring their own music for the class to try. Additionally, the instructor will provide music designed to expand your repertoire and introduce new concepts around music theory. Individuals should have their own instrument and a solid understanding of chords, strumming, and reading chord sheet music.
Additionally, we will potentially hold a concert during the final class onstage in the ballroom. The class is relaxed and fun; it’s a great way to meet fellow musicians and make new friends! If the class proves too difficult, you may level down to Beginning 1B or 1A. Class is repeatable.
