We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Friday, October 13, 2023.
This class will include ballet stretches and strengthening on the barre to beautiful music that will improve balance. flexibility, and memory. This class ends with movement to boost heart rate. This is a good class to transition into Ballet Level 1. Dress comfortably. No previous experience required.
