The AARP states that more than a quarter of adults in the United States age 50 and older take at least one dietary supplement for brain-health reasons. This presentation will focus on the opinions of what the governmental agency, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), says on this topic as well as the opinions of prominent independent scientists.
