This popular Gentle Yoga class continues with calming stretches, releasing stress with an emphasis on deep breathing and relaxation. Yoga props are used (blocks, straps, blankets and chairs). Class ends with final relaxation/meditation. Yoga supplies are available when needed, but feel free to bring your own equipment.
