Meander through Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve and experience the trails that features a magnificent ocean view through unique geological formations and home to the rarest pine tree in the United States. Brief stops include the Visitor’s Center and multiple Overlooks throughout the Reserve. This roughly 5-mile round-trip hike gains about 945 feet of elevation and is considered moderate in difficulty. Be sure to dress in layers, bring plenty of water, some snacks/sack lunch, wear good footwear, and sun protection.
