Aikido is a modern Japanese form of self defense that advocates harmony over conflict. Students of Aikido learn self confidence, balance, awareness and mastery of their own bodies. Classes include games and activities that promote cooperation, discipline, and coordination. Adults are welcome to train with their families. Ranks advancements and belt testing available- additional fees and membership required. Please see instructor about uniform pricing and sizing.
