Is it Time Yet?: Winter can seem like a quiet time, a waiting time, in the natural world. However, there is a lot going on! Explore the passage of time on your adventure. Begin by learning about time in the plant and animal world. Then, look into how the earth’s movement around the sun affects human perceptions of time and seasons. Finally, take an imaginary step back into the bigger picture with geologic time and some poetry. Note: We do not expect your group to complete every activity in the Adventure Packs.
