In this workshop the participants will learn the benefits of Tai Chi, improve balance, coordination, concentration. You will learn techniques for stress relief, focused breathing, strength building and so much more. Participants will learn about different styles of Tai Chi, standing as well as seated, and the history of the forms being taught.

Class Facilitator: Renate Bodden, Naturopath, C-IAYT, Brain Longevity Specialist. This class is the third workshop in a series of 4 workshops, take one or take them all!

What to bring: Notebook and pen, water or juice, snack, wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes.
