Description
Watercise/Water Walking for Ages 18+
A water exercise class to reduce stress on joints and muscles by using the natural resistance of movement through the water. Equipment will be available for use, but you are welcome to bring your own if you have it.
- Tuesdays are held in shallower water
- Thursdays are based in deep water
