Join Janis Good for Aerobics as she brings over 40 years of teaching experience to the La Mesa Adult Enrichment Center. Aerobics will feature a full body workout that will include cardio, strength and stretching. Students will be encouraged to work at their own individual physical capability, making modifications as needed. This class is suitable for active older adults or anyone who wants to challenge themselves to new aerobic combinations and various styles of music. Students can bring 1-5lb weights if desired.
