Description
Dancerobics is the pulse monitored, dance exercise way to fitness and good health. The patterns train both balance and the brain. A combination of walking, jogging, dancing and weight training, the class is for non-dancers and dancers alike. The music and the movement are lively, joyful, energetic and fun. Fat burning dances are choreographed to the music of Broadway, Disco, Latin, Country Line, Jazz and Funky Hip Hop too! Dancerobics is so much fun you’ll almost forget you’re exercising. Bring hand weights and exercise mat. No class on Wednesday November 11th, November 25th & Thursday, November 26th.
