All levels welcome! Classes are expertly tailored for beginners to advanced students. This is a judgment free zone where you can rebuild your foundation and regain confidence in a safe, supportive environment. What to bring? Students are encouraged to bring a mat, resistance band & towel. Don't have mat & band? A set is available for a $25 material fee, payable to the instructor at your first class. NO CLASS ON THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 26TH.
