Unlock your creative side with this hands-on cake decorating class! In this session, you’ll learn essential techniques like basic decorating patterns, crumb coating, and working with different types of frosting. You’ll also get to frost a 4-inch vanilla cake with smooth and silky Swiss meringue buttercream. The highlight of the class will be mastering the beautiful rosette design, perfect for any occasion. All materials will be provided—just bring yourself and get ready to have a sweet time! A $15 materials fee is payable to the instructor at the first class meeting.
