Taught by Kittery Police Officer Molly Bossi, R.A.D Systems of self-defense is designed especially for women. This class offers hands-on skill instruction, education, and tools to help women protect themselves from potential assault in the event of an emergency. The class is offered to women only, ages 16 and up. This class requires 10 participants so sign up early if interested!
