About this event
Physical activity and continuous learning literally reshape our minds. Movement stimulates "brain grooves," creating temporary neural connections that solidify into permanent pathways through repetition and practice. By engaging in targeted brain training—such as finger exercises, nutritional shifts, and dance—we enhance cognitive functions like memory and focus. These workshops promote resilience and joy, proving that staying active and learning new skills makes our brains more efficient, flexible, and healthy. Mary Schwoerer, M.Ed, EEM-CCP, is a Reiki Master, yoga instructor, energy practitioner, and spiritual director. She believes that healing at any level is rooted in balanced energy. Her passion lies in crafting engaging workshops that inspire people of all ages and backgrounds to connect with their body's natural wisdom. Her goal is to provide safe, accessible ways for individuals to feel better and improve their quality of life. To Mary, wellness is more than the absence of illness; it is a dynamic process of growth toward a balanced lifestyle. She aims to empower you to discover and ignite your natural capacity to be happy, healthy, and whole.
