This program is closed to further registration.

This class is performed at the deep end of the pool with the flotation belts and also in the shallow end for swimmers and non swimmers. You will be motivated to get a great workout consisting of cardiovascular fitness, conditioning and toning which will leave you relaxed and refreshed.
