This event is for educators and their students in Grades 10-12 within the Okanagan (SD22, SD23, SD83, SD67, SD19, SD53, FNSA and Independent Schools). We are looking forward to hosting the WWEST STEM Futures event on Tuesday, November 10, 2026. Registration opens on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 8am, and will be based on a first registered system. There are a limited number of sessions, and you must register as a class! Maximum class size is 30 students per class. If you plan to register more than one class, you must choose enough "Activity Groups" to equal one per class. Registration is only confirmed once you have chosen an available activity group, completed your registration details, and "checked out" your cart. Please note that this is a FREE event to attend, however bussing and regular student snacks/lunch are the responsibility of individual schools. Students need to bring a lunch. There will not be time for students to purchase lunch, as they will eat during the student panel session. Buses MUST arrive in parking lot H (using Innovation Drive entrance), as that is where groups will be greeted, and busses stay out of the city transit lanes. Sessions start at 9:45am. Please ensure you are able to arrive to campus to start at 9:45am sharp. Students will be back at busses ready to depart campus by 2:00pm.
