Description

Come experience the fun and challenges of springboard diving! In this 4-week crash course, you will learn everything from diving fundamentals to advanced skills. The practice will be broken into 30-minute dryland training and 1 hour in the water. Looking to try something new, join us!
When: Session 1: October 6, 13, 20, 27 or October 7, 14, 21, 28
Location: H2O Adventure and Fitness Center (Tuesdays) & Rutland Family YMCA (Wednesdays)
Time: 7:15- 8:30pm
Cost: $80.00
Participants will need to find their own transportation to the venue.
